Remote Wont Lock Driver Door

A new to me xts 2013 with 36k miles.

Remote wont lock driver door.

All lock posts drop down except for the driver door. All other doors are ok but the driver door doesn t unlock half of the time. Use a spray white lthium grease and spray the heck out of the latch mechanism in the door jam. Driver door won t lock all of a sudden.
