Remove the two 10mm bolts inside the door pull. Here is larger picture. Remove the wiring harness from your heated side mirror. The mirror triangle prys off.

Then reach behind and unscrew it. Just pop the panel off the door with it still switches still attached to the panel. Use a 7 mm socket wrench or a ratchet extension and 7 mm socket. Pry out the upper panels by hand.
