Renault Clio Door Lock Not Working

I had this on a clio once press the internal lock button and hold it down until the immobiliser lights stays lit then press the remote it should pop the locks.

The imobilser light goes solid red. Indicator and hazard not working in clio. The doors will unlock and lock. My renault clio 1998 r reg key fob wont work.
