If one is loose remove two or more screws and try driving in longer screws. After time the weight of the door will pull on the hinge and cause the door not to hang straight. A quick fix for this problem is to fill in the door jamb s so the screw will remain secure. When the wood glue is dry sandpaper the edges until the cover is flush with the side of the door frame.

Spread carpenter s glue onto a 3 8 inch diameter x 1 inch long wood dowel and tap it into the hole until it s flush with the jamb.
